Our move coordinators will confirm pick-up and delivery dates with you prior to and the day of your move. Be present during loading, ensure the bill of lading aligns with agreements, and oversee furniture loading. During delivery, note that the driver is bound by specified dates, and you must inspect and pay transportation charges before unloading.
When should I start preparing for a move?
We recommend preparing for a move at least two months before your move-out date. This gives you plenty of time to declutter your home or offices, clean each room and pack up your things. Before calling the movers and buying storage containers, make a reasonable moving timeline.
